Teodor is a mushroom lamp: a small table lamp with the rounded mushroom shade of mid-century design. It sits neatly on a nightstand, a desk, a shelf or a side table, and the dome shade spreads a soft, warm glow downward and around the base.

Colors

Teodor comes in nine colors: Orange, Pink, White & Green, Wood Orange, Purple, Light Yellow, Green, White and Brown. The bright shades make it a small statement piece; white and brown keep it quiet.

Where a mushroom lamp works

Use it as a bedside lamp, a desk lamp for a home office, or an accent light on a bookshelf or console. Two in matching colors either side of a bed or sofa look especially good.

Mid-century and Bauhaus roots

The mushroom lamp is one of the best-known shapes of the 1960s and 70s: one simple dome, one stem, nothing extra. That idea of form following function comes straight from the Bauhaus. See more in our Bauhaus lamps and furniture collection.
